Masterful and itentional, DEEP is a restorative movement sequence that utilizes the Spiral Structure Technique® to connect mind to muscle and catalyze vibrational change on a cellular level. Unlike other Buti® formats, DEEP is low-impact and focuses on micro-movements with physical touch to connect the brain to innervated muscle and restructure the deep core. DEEP is designed to prevent injury, restore muscle innervation and assist in the recovery of bladder/iuterine prolapse and diastasis recti. The class structure also includes self-massage and pressure point activation to release muscles during deep restorative asanas. Class duration ranges 60-90 minutes, including a 7 minute meditation.

  • Deep 9 with Talen Lane

    With an R&B playlist and clocking in at just under an hour, this DEEP class hits the core from all angles. Think long restorative hip openers at the end. Expect to feel grounded and rejuvenated post workout.

  • Deep 8 with Becky Kain

    Get your deep stretch on and also tap into your deep core muscles. Challenging sequences with small movements will have your glutes and obliques sore. Heart opening and grounding, this 60 minute DEEP workout will leave you feeling both energized and restored.

  • Deep 7 with Nadia Carriere

    Short on time but looking to release and restore? In just 40 minutes of movement, you'll get deep into the core and hips. Even with the 10 minute savasana/meditation, you'll get it in in less than an hour. Sometimes, even when pressed for time, you just need DEEP.

  • Deep 6 with Nadia Carriere

    This 60 minute DEEP class includes a 6 minute meditation, lots of self-massage, and heart and hip opening. While gentle in the approach, there is intense focus on core work. Heart centered and grounding with clear cueing throughout, you will feel the connection between your mind and body.

    DEEP class with oblique focus, lots of heart and throat openers, self-massage.

  • Deep 4 with Crystal Palermo (Tone 219)

    Looking to fire up the deep core muscles? This class hits the low core and offers many counter stretches and heart openers. Self massage and deep hip openers.

  • LIVE Deep 3 with Bizzie Gold

    Lots of shoulder and hip opening, deep twists, asana. Challenging DEEP class. Not only core, but also challenging glute and upper body sequences as well.

  • Deep 2 with Crystal Palermo (Tone 211)

    Tiny spiraling from different shapes, sacral and heart chakra activating. Deep hip openers and twists. Heavy on inner core work.

  • Deep 1 with Crystal Palermo (Tone 202)

    Clear description of what this format is, clear cueing throughout. Speaks to ab separation and offers ways to rebuild communication in muscles.
